One 300 ml / 10.1 fl oz bottle is $22; a 2-pack is $44; a 3-pack is $66. Code WECARE takes 15% off the product subtotal of your first order, including bundles, before shipping and tax. One first-order discount per new customer. Customer service verifies eligibility before confirming the order. Prices are in US dollars.

Shipping

Free shipping applies when the product subtotal reaches $49 after discounts, before tax. Orders below $49 have a $3.99 shipping charge. We confirm delivery availability and the estimated delivery time for your address before accepting payment.

Returns & refunds

Contact Customerservice@ovizzi.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unopened, unused bottle in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before mailing a return. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns; original shipping charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order details and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund without return-shipping cost to you. Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return; processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Online PayPal checkout is not connected yet. Email customer service to confirm available payment methods before paying. If customer service provides a PayPal Goods & Services invoice or payment link, review the seller, items, shipping, taxes and total before authorizing payment. Payment is handled on PayPal; never email your card details or PayPal password. PayPal Purchase Protection applies only to eligible transactions and is governed by PayPal’s terms.
